The Chicago Bears used an extra defensive tackle in their Week 5 game as DT Matt Toeaina was active for the first time since Week 1. The warm weather contributed to the plan to rotate defensive linemen. Toeaina played throughout and the goal of stopping Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew was accomplished as he had only 56 yards on 12 carries with 27 coming on a trap in the fourth quarter.
