Loggains said the team will be a run-first team but will still throw the ball. 'In today's NFL, not throwing the ball a lot is still throwing it around 30 times a game,' Loggains said. 'We are going to be a run, play-action team first, but we're still going to drop back and throw the football.'

'I would love to get 2,000 yards again, but I haven't been to the playoffs since my rookie year. I want to get back there.'
| Footballguys view: We love the confidence here and Johnson could have a bounce back season in 2013. However, no RB in NFL history has rushed for 2,000 yards more than once. In fact, only seven backs have hit that mark. Johnson is feeling good under new RBs coach Sylvester Croom and may be able to outperform his draft position. Comparing Croom to Earnest Byner, who held the job during Chris Johnson's 2,006-yard season back in 2009, Johnson said 'it seems like everything is going well. ... He's a pretty good coach.' Johnson said Croom has tweaked a couple of Johnson's steps during running plays and routes coming out of the backfield. 'That's a little minor change that I can tell is already helping me out,' Johnson said. Tennessee is aiming for Johnson to log more receptions this year.
| Footballguys view: Fantasy owners need to take note here. If Johnson can stay healthy this year then he's an every week starter. His current ADP is RB14 in PPR leagues and that makes him a value pick if he plays up to his potential.
