Bears | One-year deal for Tyler Bray    Wed Mar 20, 01:54 PM

Free-agent QB Tyler Bray (Bears) was re-signed to a one-year deal by the Chicago Bears Wednesday, March 20. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Footballguys view: Bray has experience working under Bears head coach Matt Nagy from their time together with the Chiefs. He's got a big arm but is likely to just be a camp arm for the Bears in 2019. Chase Daniel is under contract for one more year with the Bears ($6 million cap hit) and is the primary backup to Mitchell Trubisky.

Bears | Chicago meets with two RB prospects    Sat Mar 16, 12:22 PM

Texas A&M RB Trayveon Williams and Florida Atlantic RB Devin Singletary met with the Chicago Bears earlier this week.

Footballguys view: The Bears are looking for better fits in their backfield, and that's why Jordan Howard's days with the team are numbered. They added Mike Davis in free agency, but they might be tempted to select either of these backs in the second round (or third) of the 2019 NFL draft. Williams is and patient and compact runner, measuring in at 5'8" 206 pounds. Singletary had over 1,000 yards rushing after contact last year at FAU and can maximize the yards gained on most every carry.

Bears | Anthony Miller to be limited in OTAs?    Thu Feb 28, 01:36 AM

Footballguys view: General manager Ryan Pace said Miller 'could be limited' in organized team activities (OTAs) and minicamp this spring. Miller had a strong rookie season, mainly because of those seven receiving touchdowns. He should be able to grow and get better with the Bears in 2019, providing WR3 upside for Fantasy GMs.

Chicago Bears RB Jordan Howard is reportedly on the trade block, according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora.

The Bears could find a quarterback in the later rounds of the 2019 NFL draft to compete as a backup or developmental quarterback.
