Pittsburgh Steelers TE Ladarius Green (concussion) remains in the league's concussion protocol, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.

Brown was dragging across the field on a third down where the Steelers needed the first to end the game. Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger threw an interception and was 20 of 31 for 224 yards Sunday, Jan. 15, in an 18-16 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Footballguys view: Roethlisberger's home/road splits will give Steelers fans nightmares. On the road against the Chiefs, it was clear the team wanted to ride RB Le'Veon Bell as much as possible. That's what they did, and it naturally limited the number of passes Roethlisberger threw.

Steelers | Antonio Brown may receive lucrative deal    Sun Jan 15, 01:08 PM

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown may receive a contract extension this offseason that would make him the highest paid receiver in the NFL.

Footballguys view: Brown is arguably the best receiver in Steelers history. Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 13, and is not on the injury report for the Divisional round playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Footballguys view: If you want to see something scary, look at the home/road splits for Roethlisberger. Their last game against the Chiefs was a blowout win, but the Steelers are traveling to Kansas City this time around. In 2016, Roethlisberger has 22 passing TDs at home and only nine on the road. He only has seven interceptions at home this year, but he's got eight interceptions on the road. The Steelers would be wise to feed RB Le'Veon Bell as much as possible.

  Steelers | Le'Veon Bell's style poses a challenge     Thu Jan 12, 09:39 PM

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell's unique running style is difficult to prepare for, according to Kansas City Chiefs SS Eric Berry, and defensive coordinator Bob Sutton said Bell's patience makes it hard for defenders to remain in their gaps.

Footballguys view: Bell's the most patient runner in the league. He will almost come to a standstill at times waiting for holes or cutback lanes to develop. As defenders swoop in for the tackle, Bell can use their angles against them and break free to the second or third level of the defense with ease. The Chiefs main priority on Sunday should be slowing down the Steelers superstar running back.

Updating previous reports, Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger's (ankle) injured ankle checked out OK, according to sources, and it doesn't appear to be a bad sprain.

Footballguys view: Of course he's okay. Roethlisberger is one of the toughest QBs to ever play in the NFL. He can be beaten and battered, but he'll play through whatever injury possible -- especially now in the postseason.
