Denver Broncos DT Clinton McDonald (shoulder) is missing practice as he battles a shoulder problem that is believed to be related to the infection he dealt with earlier this offseason, according to sources. The infection had cleared enough that he was able to pass his physical and participate in training camp, but McDonald will visit his doctors and undergo more tests before he returns to the field.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers OT Reid Fragel (concussion) and DT Tony McDaniel (groin) are out for Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons. DT Clinton McDonald (pectoral) and S Major Wright (hamstring) are doubtful, while OG Logan Mankins (non-injury), DT Gerald McCoy (shoulder), WR Russell Shepard (hamstring) and C Evan Smith (ankle) are probable. McDaniel, McDonald and Wright did not practice Friday, Oct. 30. Fragel and McCoy were limited, while the others practiced in full.
