TE Luke Stocker - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Week 13: at San Diego Chargers
Mark and Joe say: Good matchup. Jameis Winston has thrown 14 touchdowns and just three interceptions in his last seven games. He's had multiple TD passes in five of those seven games, and just engineered the defeat of Seattle and the 'Legion of Boom' secondary with 21/28 for 220 yards passing, two TDs and one interception thrown (with 5/12/0 rushing). As is usual, Mike Evans was a target hog vs. Seattle with 11 for 8/104/2 receiving, followed by Cameron Brate (five for 4/49/0). Russell Shepard (three for 2/23/0) and Adam Humphries (one for 1/18/0) made do with table scraps from Evans' table last week. Winston and Evans are very simpatico this season (Evans has snagged 10 of the 22 TDs that Winston has thrown, with 131 for 73/1,020/10 this season). The Chargers' pass defense frustrated Brock Osweiler last week (22/37 for 239 net yards passing, zero TDs and three interceptions thrown, with one sack taken for -7 yards) after allowing 17/34 for 231 net yards passing, two TDs and zero interceptions to Ryan Tannehill. From Week Nine to Week 12 of the 2016 season (over the last four weeks, but includes 14 teams on bye during that time span - each team has at least three games played in the last four weeks), San Diego has averaged 24.1 fantasy points allowed per game to opposing quarterbacks (ninth-most in the NFL); and 25.3 fantasy points per game allowed to wide receivers (10th-most); with 7.2 fantasy points given up per game to tight ends (11th-least). Osweiler's bad game was the exception, rather than the rule, for San Diego over the past four weeks. To date, San Diego is ranked 26th in the NFL averaging 271.3 net yards passing allowed per game, with 16 passing scores offset by a league-best 14 interceptions and 20 sacks (tied for 25th in the league) generated. This looks like a good matchup for Winston and company despite traveling to the Chargers' house this weekend.
