Philadelphia Eagles OG Allen Barbre (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 28. LB Jordan Hicks (ankle) was limited during practice, while OG Isaac Seumalo (ankle), OT Halapoulivaati Vaitai (knee) and SS Jaylen Watkins (concussion) fully participated in practice.
