The new system may be more friendly but we're not counting on him to make much of a fantasy impact behind Danario Alexander, Vincent Brown, Eddie Royal, and Malcom Floyd. |

WRs Vincent Jackson, Malcom Floyd, Patrick Crayton and rookie Vincent Brown are locks to make the team. Seyi Ajirotutu, Richard Goodman, Bryan Walters and Kelley Washington (knee) are competing for the final two spots, and each player has made a strong case to stick. Washington has missed the past two weeks and his injury could linger into the season, which could make him a roster casualty.

| Footballguys view: Seyi Ajirotutu gets to join his college teammate (and first-round pick) Ryan Mathews in San Diego. Our very own Cecil Lammey saw Ajirotutu during the week of practice at the Shrine Game in Orlando earlier this year and came away impressed. Ajirotutu is a smooth strider that can get on top of a defense in a hurry. He was working closely with WR coach Keenan McCardell at that game, and seemed to be a fast learner and hard worker. The rookie may have to stick around on the practice squad, but he has upside to be a quality reserve one day. |
