Free-agent LB Jermaine Carter (Browns) agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the Houston Texans on Thursday, May 4. Financial terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.

Thomas is a raw prospect, measuring in at 6'4" 259 pounds. He can use his size to his advantage, has the speed to attack the middle seam of a defense and Thomas has strong hands. We'll see if he can develop for the Panthers behind starter Greg Olsen. |
