Bears | Graham to return to CB, Steltz entrenched at FS Tue Jul 28, 12:07 AM
Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports that CB Charles Tillman's back surgery "will end the Corey Graham to free safety movement." Biggs writes that Craig Steltz has a "tight grip" on the free safety job, but "once again the Bears will be without the kind of center fielder they have been seeking."
Footballguys view: Corey Graham's value in deep IDP dynasty leagues gets a little bump on this news. He was an impressive young player and IDP scorer when he got in while Nathan Vasher was out last year. If he starts the season opposite Vasher and outplays him, he might take Vasher's job when Tillman returns. |
