Free-agent RB Ray Rice (Ravens) released an extreme training video Tuesday, Sept. 13, showing him working out at a Connecticut gym. He was wearing a weighted vest and oxygen-deprivation mask, as well as showing his vertical leap and agility. He has not played in an NFL game since the 2013 season, but some believe there is a 'growing sense' the 29-year-old will get a shot to return this season. He vowed to donate every game check this season to programs focusing on education and prevention of domestic violence.
| Footballguys view: There are some who think Rice will get another chance in the NFL. That's a possibility, and it seems like something that could happen much more than it did a few months ago. There's some team who may at least bring Rice in for a workout. |
