Detroit Lions DE John Cominsky (wrist) and OG Jonah Jackson (finger) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 3 against the Minnesota Vikings. TE T.J. Hockenson (hip), DE Aidan Hutchinson (thigh), C Frank Ragnow (foot) and RB D'Andre Swift (ankle) were limited in practice Friday, Sept. 23, and are listed as questionable. S Tracy Walker (non-injury) did not practice for a second straight day on Friday but is expected to play. DB JuJu Hughes (shoulder), S Ifeatu Melifonwu (hamstring) and CB Amani Oruwariye (back) practiced in full Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.
| Footballguys view: Swift and Hockenson should play in the game that could vault the Lions into a tie for first if the Packers don't win down in Tampa Bay. Hutchinson had a breakout game last week and should be started in IDP leagues as long as he is active. |

| Footballguys view: The Rams drafted Kelly in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL draft. He came out of the University of Tennessee after following in Alvin Kamara's footsteps for the Volunteers. Kelly has not been able to latch on much or impress during his time with the Rams. He's a naturally talented runner who might be bound for a practice squad either with the Rams or somewhere else. |
