Chargers | Scott a key player this year?    Sat Jul 18, 04:06 PM

Michael Lombardo, of SDBoltReport.com, reports that DL Ian Scott will be an important player this year because of the loss of DE Igor Olshansky in free agency. He expects good things from Scott this year because he's had a year to get acclimated to the 3-4 defense, and Scott's reunion with his DL coach from Chicago, Don Johnson. Lombardo writes, "cott figures to rotate with Luis Castillo, Jacques Cesaire and Ryon Bingham in a four-man rotation at the defensive end positions" and adds that Scott could even see some time at NT.
