The Dallas Cowboys have released WR Jeff Moturi and DL Lawon Scott. The team claimed DT Jimmy Saddler-McQueen off waivers and signed undrafted rookie free-agent PK Kai Forbath (undisclosed), who was placed on the active non-football injury list.
