| Footballguys view: Things change pretty quickly around here. Jones, a third-round pick out of Tennessee in the 2022 NFL draft, was pushed down the depth chart when the Bears traded for WR D.J. Moore. Add in Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool to see how Jones is the no.4 option at the position - at best. The Bears also have Equanimeous St. Brown and rookie Tyler Scott ready to establish a pecking order behind their top three receivers. Oh yeah, veteran Dante Pettis is there to compete with Jones (and others) as a returner and receiver. Needless to say, Jones has his work cut out for him. |
