The players were apparently delayed by weather conditions, and all four were told to go home. None of the players were allowed to participate in team meetings or practice Wednesday.

'I think he can rush the passer. He's had a lot of production. He's primarily rushed off the left side. Normally you see more pass-rush production off the right side but he has been able to produce quite a bit from the left side. Those are some of the things that are unique to him. I'm not saying that's exactly what is going to happen with us. I don't know. We'll have to wait and see how all that turns out,' Belichick said.

Updating a previous report, Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers, reports, as of now, the Oakland Raiders have received a third-round and fourth-round draft pick in 2010 from the New England Patriots for DE Derrick Burgess. However, if the Patriots are able to acquire a 2010 fifth-round draft choice, then that choice would go to the Raiders and the Patriots would get to keep their fourth-round pick.
