Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (oblique) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 13.
Footballguys view: Diggs got some rest on this oblique injury last week and was a stud in the Wild Card Round. He'll get some limited work this week as the Bills prepare for the Ravens in the Divisional Round. |

Buffalo Bills WR Cole Beasley (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 13.
Footballguys view: We're surprised that Beasley played last week. He's super tough and nowhere near 100 percent healthy, but he should put it on the line against the Ravens in the Divisional Round. |

Buffalo Bills RB Zack Moss (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Jan. 12. The Browns elevated OL Jordan Devey from the practice squad to replace him on the active roster.
Footballguys view: The Bills signed Devonta Freeman to get more help in the running back room now that Moss is done for the postseason. Devin Singletary should get a larger role, and T.J. Yeldon should work as his primary backup. |

Free-agent RB Devonta Freeman (Giants) was signed to the Buffalo Bills' practice squad Tuesday, Jan. 12.
Footballguys view: Freeman's playing days aren't done yet! The Giants released Freeman from Injured Reserve on January 7th, but the Bills pick him up for their playoff run. Buffalo was prompted to do that due to the postseason-ending ankle injury to Zack Moss. Freeman is a seasoned veteran who should have a spot behind starter Devin Singletary (although we don't expect him this week against the Ravens). T.J. Yeldon should get an increased role with Moss down. |

Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills RB Zack Moss (ankle) will miss the remainder of the NFL Playoffs due to the ankle injury he suffered during the AFC Wild Card game versus the Indianapolis Colts.
Footballguys view: Moss brings power to the Bills backfield, working in tandem with Devin Singletary. The rookie back will now be replaced by T.J. Yeldon, although Yeldon might not get the amount of touches or responsibility that Moss had. |

Buffalo Bills RB Zack Moss (ankle) will miss some time because of the ankle injury he suffered during the Wild Card playoff game and could miss rest of the playoffs depending on how far the Bills go and how fast he can recover.
Footballguys view: It's still early but it sounds like it could be a high-ankle sprain. Those require more time to heal from and just take rest. A 'regular' sprain would mean rest during the week but perhaps Moss could be available for the Divisional Round. It sounds like that won't be the case, which means Devin Singletary will get a starter's workload for the Bills as they continue on in the postseason. |

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen went 26-for-35 for 324 yards and two touchdowns against the Indianapolis Colts in the Wild Card playoff game and also rushed for 54 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries during the game. RB Devin Singletary rushed for 21 yards on three carries, while RB Zack Moss rushed for 21 yards on seven carries. WR Stefon Diggs caught six passes for 128 yards and one touchdown on nine targets, WR Gabriel Davis caught four passes for 85 yards on four targets and WR Cole Beasley caught seven passes for 57 yards on seven targets.
Footballguys view: The Bills defense was gassed by the Colts offense and it came down to the final throw of the game. Buffalo gets their first playoff win since 1995 and now advance to the Divisional Round. |

Buffalo Bills RB Zack Moss (ankle) was carted off the field with an ankle injury early in the fourth quarter of the team's wild-card game against the Buffalo Bills on Saturday, Jan. 9, and his return is listed as doubtful.
Footballguys view: Moss will be examined after the game and we'll know more about the severity of the injury. A high-ankle sprain could bounce Moss from the Divisional Round. A regular sprain would mean Moss would miss time in practice next week but have a chance to play. Stay tuned. |

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen on Saturday, Jan. 9, became the fifth player in NFL history with a passing, rushing and receiving touchdown in the postseason. The others are QB Nick Foles, WR Julian Edelman, QB Kordell Stewart and RB Freeman McNeil.
Footballguys view: When the Bills offense is hot it has to do with Allen. He was outstanding for the Bills in the game against the Colts on Saturday. Allen is a bright young star and one of the best quarterbacks in the game today. |

Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (oblique) returned to practice on a limited basis Thursday, Jan. 7, and is listed as questionable for Saturday's wild-card game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Footballguys view: Diggs is a little banged up with this quad injury but he will be good to go for the Wild Card Round. Without WR Cole Beasley, Diggs should get plenty of looks early and often. |

Buffalo Bills RB T.J. Yeldon was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Jan. 6.
Footballguys view: Yeldon was shut down for the final two games of the regular season but he will be ready for the Wild Card Round. He's a little-used reserve runner behind the RBBC combination of Devin Singletary and Zack Moss. |

Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (oblique) was limited in practice Tuesday, Jan. 5.
Footballguys view: Diggs is going to be limited in practice this week so he can be as close to 100 percent as possible before the Wild Card Round. The Bills won't have Cole Beasley this weekend, so having Diggs out there is priority number one. |

Buffalo Bills WR Cole Beasley (knee) is 'still working his way back' and remains week-to-week, according to comments made by head coach Sean McDermott on Monday, Jan. 4.
Footballguys view: There's a reason why the Bills added WR Kenny Stills to their practice squad. If Beasley isn't able to go in the Wild Card Round, then Stills could be activated and produce in a limited role. Without Beasley, we should see more targets for WRs Stefon Diggs and John Brown plus a couple of extra looks for TE Dawson Knox. |

Free-agent WR Kenny Stills (Texans) signed with the Buffalo Bills' practice squad Monday, Jan. 4.
Footballguys view: The Bills need help at the wide receiver position with Cole Beasley banged up. If Beasley can't play on Saturday against the Colts, then Stills could get the call up to the active roster. |

QB Josh Allen completed 18-of-25 passes for 224 yards, three touchdowns and an interception before giving way to QB Matt Barkley in the second half. The latter had 164 pass yards and a touchdown. RB Antonio Williams led the way with 63 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while RBs Zack Moss and Devin Singletary had three runs and less than 10 yards apiece, mostly resting. WR Gabriel Davis ended up with two snags of 50-plus yards, ending up with 107 yards and a touchdown on his two catches. WR Stefon Diggs finished with seven receptions for 76 yards on eight targets, WR John Brown posted four catches for 72 yards and a score, while WR Isaiah McKenzie posted six receptions, 65 yards and two scores on a team-high nine targets. TE Dawson Knox also chipped in with two grabs for 29 yards on eight targets.
Footballguys view: Most expected the Bills to open play Allen long enough to set the team record for passing yards in a season, but he played the whole first half, which was too much for Miami to overcome. Diggs will lead the NFL in receptions and yards with the help of this effort and Brown looked good in his return from injury with Cole Beasley uncertain for next week's game against Indianapolis. |
