Playing in his first game of the season, Pearman made his only catch of the season a good one as it went for 23 yards and a touchdown. Pearman was playing for the injured Fred Taylor, and was signed to the Jaguars team early last week.

Pearman looked very good in the few chances he was given. He averaged over ten yards per reception, and displayed good hands and quickness when running after the catch. He made several Broncos defenders miss while turning a short pass into an 18 yard gain on a third and 19 play. He was on the field for most of the third and long plays, as LaBrandon Toefield was active but on the bench.

Pearman was productive when given the opportunity. He ran decisively up the middle for an 18 yard gain, and turned a screen pass into a 19 yard catch and run.

Pearman chipped in with 55 total yards. He had no luck on the ground, however, with just 22 yards on 15 carries and a long gain of eight. He was effective on check downs and screens from Leftwich and picked up 35 yards receiving.

Pearman had one carry in the game, which was a draw play he ran for 45 yards. However, he also lost a fumble after catching a pass in the first half. Pearman was not involved otherwise in the game.
