Morency made his return from injury, but did not make much of an impact on the game. He never appeared in the game for any extended length of time, and only touched the ball four times.

2007 Week 5 vs CHI (9 / 43 / 0 rush, 7 / 7 / 48 / 0 rec)

Morency's return to the Green Bay was a good one, as he made the most of this time in the game when the starter DeShawn Wynn temporarily left the game with cramping and dehydration.

2007 Week 6 vs WAS (4 / 11 / 0 rush, 5 / 5 / 23 / 0 rec)

Morency averaged just over 2.7 yards on 4 rushes, but did catch all five of the passes that were intended for him.

2007 Week 8 vs DEN (2 / 8 / 0 rush, 2 / 2 / 12 / 0 rec)

Both of Morency's rushing attempts came in the second quarter and he was able to catch the only two passes that were thrown his direction.

Vernand Morency only saw limited action in relief of Ryan Grant and Brandon Jackson. He did have one memorable play at the end of the first half when he kicked the ball out of bounds on an apparent lateral from Brett Favre, a call that was later changed to an incomplete pass, that would result in a delay of game penalty.

Morency had three targets but, did not have catches or carries.

2007 Week 14 vs OAK (7 / 23 / 0 rush, 3 / 3 / 14 / 0 rec)

Morency's first rush came near the end of the third quarter and went for a two yard gain. He took over the rushing duties for Ryan Grant with 8:21 left in the fourth quarter and had six consecutive rushes near the end of the game that went for 21 yards.

2007 Week 15 vs STL (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 3 / 2 / 17 / 0 rec)

Morency did not get a carry in this contest, but he did contribute in the passing game. Both of his receptions came on third downs and his first grab came on a third down play that extended a drive that led to Green Bay's first touchdown. His final target was a deep pass near the end zone, but the pass fell incomplete.

2007 Week 17 vs DET (5 / 15 / 0 rush, 2 / 2 / 20 / 0 rec)

Morency's first reception went for a 12 yard gain on a first quarter, third and ten play. His second grab came in the second quarter and went for a gain of eight. His first rush came near the start of the third quarter and he received the majority of his rushing attempts near the end of the game as Green Bay ran out the clock.

Morency was not able to find much running room during the time that he played. Morency was brought in primarily to spell Lundy, but did get most of the carries on a couple of drives.

The newly acquired Morency had a kickoff return for 28 yards in the fourth quarter, his only action of the game.

2006 Week 3 vs DET (3 / 3 / 0 rush, 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)

Morency played very sparingly, spelling RB Ahman Green on just a few series. He carried the ball three times, two for zero yards and a third for just three yards.

2006 Week 4 vs PHI (26 / 99 / 0 rush, 7 / 6 / 19 / 0 rec)

With Ahman Green missing the game, Morency was given all but one of the carries. He was reasonably effective and was able to convert eight first downs and stop the Eagles from playing pass coverage on every down. Morency did not have a run longer than ten yards but he averaged almost four yards per carry. Favre fumbled a hand off which Morency was unable to retrieve. He was targeted seven times, catching six passes for a total of 19 yards. In the closing moments, Morency was given four consecutive carries from the two yard line. He gained a yard and was then stopped for no gain on three straight carries.

2006 Week 5 vs STL (6 / 15 / 0 rush, 2 / 2 / 9 / 0 rec)

Morency started for the injured Ahman Green and touched the ball on the Packers' first four offensive plays, two short pass receptions and two carries. He fumbled on the second carry, but was given a second chance. He fumbled again three carries later and recovered it himself, but RB Noah Herron replaced him on the next play and was the primary RB for the balance of the game. Morency did play a few snaps in the second half and finished with 15 yards on six carries.

2006 Week 7 vs MIA (7 / 12 / 0 rush, 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)

Morency had only 12 yards on seven carries in the game.

2006 Week 8 vs ARI (11 / 101 / 0 rush, 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)

Morency spelled Green and had his most productive game as a Packer RB. He broke one long gain of 36 yards and several others longer than seven yards. He spelled Green and kept him fresh.

2006 Week 11 vs NE (1 / 5 / 0 rush, 2 / 2 / 9 / 0 rec)

He had one carry for five yards and two receptions for nine. Morency also averaged 21.8 yards on four kickoff returns.

2006 Week 12 vs SEA (4 / 8 / 0 rush, 2 / 2 / 31 / 0 rec)

Morency was used to spell Ahman Green on occasion, gaining eight yards from four carries. On the Packers' third possession, Morency converted a third and four with a 29 yard reception. He was the primary kick returner for the Packers.

2006 Week 13 vs NYJ (6 / 14 / 0 rush, 3 / 3 / 43 / 0 rec)

Morency was used mostly to spell Ahman Green, and got the job done by getting the short yardage first downs and converted a couple of third downs for first downs. Morency was also active in the passing game, catching three passes for 39 yards and finished the day with 14 yards rushing

2006 Week 14 vs SF (7 / 69 / 0 rush, 1 / 1 / 1 / 0 rec)

With a thirty nine yard run in the closing minutes on a third and one play with an eleven point lead, Morency helped to seal the Packers' victory on a day where he picked up 160 all purpose yards.

2006 Week 15 vs DET (7 / 54 / 2 rush, 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)

Morency proved to be a tough runner, scoring on touchdowns runs of 14 and 21 yards. It is the first time he has scored since being acquired in a trade with the Texans earlier in the year.

2006 Week 17 vs CHI (9 / 37 / 0 rush, 0 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)

Morency was used sparingly to give Green a breather. He ran the ball well and accumulated most of his yards on the Packers last drive of the game. Morency had a nice 15 yard run to the Chicago ten yard line with less than two minutes remaining in the game. He fumbled on the play but the ball went out of bounds. Morency had nine carries for 37 yards.

2005 Week 6 vs SEA (2 / 15 / 0 rush, 1 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)

Morency's catch of an attempted screen pass was ruled a lateral. His other carry came on a fake punt where he gained 12 yards for a first down.

2005 Week 9 vs JAX (8 / 24 / 0 rush, 3 / 1 / -1 / 0 rec)

Morency had one significant rushing attempt but was not much of a factor otherwise.

2005 Week 10 vs IND (6 / 18 / 0 rush, 4 / 3 / 19 / 0 rec)

Morency was used throughout the game, both rushing and receiving. He took a complete series gaining nine yards on first and second down, then stopped for no gain on third down. Morency was lined up as the running back on fourth and one, but a false start forced the Texans to punt. Morency seemed much more comfortable in the passing game than Wells.

2005 Week 15 vs ARI (5 / 32 / 1 rush, 1 / 1 / 9 / 0 rec)

Morency's contribution came early in the game, when the rookie RB took a handoff 25 yards for a score. He finished with 32 yards on five carries, and caught one pass for nine yards for the game.

2005 Week 16 vs JAX (4 / 12 / 0 rush, 1 / 1 / 14 / 0 rec)

Morency's did not seeing much playing time with Jonathan Wells having a solid performance rushing the ball. He was limited to just four carries for 12 yards on the ground. Morency added a reception for 14 yards on Houston's last possession of the game.

2005 Week 17 vs SF (21 / 83 / 1 rush, 5 / 4 / 46 / 0 rec)

Morency filled in admirably for the injured Domanick Davis and Jonathon Wells as he rushed for 83 yards on 21 attempts including a three yard touchdown run. Morency caught four of the five balls thrown his way for 46 yards.
