WR Clarence Moore - Free Agent
|6-6, 211||Born: 9-24-1982||College: Northern Arizona||Drafted: Round 6, pick|
2006 Week 2 vs OAK (3 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Moore had only three passes thrown towards him but they were all scoring opportunities. He caught a pass in the end zone in the first quarter but could not keep his feet in bounds and it was ruled incomplete. He also had another potential touchdown go through his hands. On the Ravens' first offensive play after a Ray Lewis' interception in the third quarter, Moore dropped a McNair pass that would have probably been a touchdown. His final target came when McNair overthrew him in the back of the end zone in the fourth quarter from the Oakland four yard line. Moore finished with no catches in the game.
2006 Week 8 vs NO (2 / 2 / 1 / 1 rec)
Moore capped off the second Ravens' scoring drive with a touchdown. The play was a quick slant from inside the five yard line. QB Steve McNair put the ball up high enough so Moore could use his size advantage over the smaller cornerback. Further, Moore took a solid shot from the safety, but held on for the score. His other reception came late in the game as the Ravens were trying to wind down the clock.
2006 Week 9 vs CIN (0 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Moore was listed as probable with a foot injury, but didn't see a target in the game.
2005 Week 1 vs IND (8 / 2 / 36 / 0 rec)
Moore started opposite Derrick Mason and struggled. Targeted eight times over the course of the evening, he only managed to haul in two of those for catches, failing to catch six. He had a long catch of 24 yards, but was generally unimpressive and dropped some easy catches. He also was called for a false start penalty.
2005 Week 2 vs TEN (5 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Moore once again disappointed. He didn't catch a ball despite starting the game. He was the target on a desperation heave late in the game from Anthony Wright, and to his credit he got to the ball only to have it drop off his fingertips.
2005 Week 4 vs NYJ (2 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Moore failed to catch a pass despite being targeted twice. He was the target of a deep pass from Anthony Wright that was intercepted in the end zone by Erik Coleman.
2005 Week 5 vs DET (4 / 1 / 23 / 0 rec)
Moore's only completed target resulted in a 23 yard gain.
