With the apparent Steven Jackson injury many people may be looking to pick up Minor. In this game, he looked good catching the ball out the back field and gained positive yards on his two opportunities. On the ground, he had one nice carry that he broke for 13 yards. On his other carries he was not able to find any room to run and was held in check.

Minor played backup to Antonio Pittman and got only four carries on the day. With Jackson out, there was a lot of question as to who would see the carries and it was clearly Pittman in this game.

Minor's only carry came in the third quarter when the Rams ran a fake punt on fourth down. He took a direct snap, found a small hole on the left side and gained just enough for the first down.

Minor saw limited regular game action. He was used briefly while giving some relief to Jackson. He only carried the ball one time.

Minor saw some playing time with the injury to RB Steven Jackson. His best run came on an eight yard run up the middle. He came in often on passing downs in the second half and caught several balls on little check down passes.
2007 Week 6 vs BAL (7 / 40 / 0 rush, 2 / 1 / 5 / 0 rec)
Minor subbed in for Brian Leonard in the third quarter, and surprisingly gave the Rams a glimmer of hope. He showed a burst through the holes that Leonard had not, and sparked the drive that led to the team's only score. Two of his six rushes were enough for long first downs (11 and 13 yards).

Minor had only one rush attempt, but was the back of choice on third and long, and was targeted out of the backfield several times; twice for first downs.
