From the upgrade/downgrade report (Mon Nov 23): There was talk that Hines would get more work in Week 11 as the "hot hand" but Jonathan Taylor was hotter against the Packers run defense. Hines did have a touchdown called back by penalty and scored a two-point conversion, so he's still a flex play against the Titans team he lit up just two weeks ago.
