Foster performed well as a rookie UDFA in 2018. Despite the influx of additional receiving talent, Foster has the skills and the rapport with quarterback Josh Allen to earn a starting role in the Bills offense. Right now, he's the No.4-No.5 option on the depth chart and will likely begin the year as a reserve.

Summary

Once he started playing regularly in Week 10, Foster performed very well. He topped 100 yards three times and another week put him over 90 yards. He'll compete with John Brown for vertical passes and given Brown's injury history, he could have opportunity as well. Foster does struggle with tight coverage, but overall his deep ball ability makes him an intriguing player who could benefit from Josh Allen's strong arm, if the second-year's quarterback accuracy improves.
