Latest NewsFootball Team | Week 2 injury report for Washington (Fri Sep 18, 04:25 PM) - Washington Football Team LB Cole Holcomb (knee) did not practice Friday, Sept. 18, and has been ruled out for Week 2 versus the Arizona Cardinals. CB Kendall Fuller (knee) was downgraded to a limited practice Friday and is listed as questionable. LB Thomas Davis (calf) practiced in full all week and is also listed as questionable. Our View: Fuller had gotten in full practices on Wednesday and Thursday, so the downgrade is worrisome but if he can return against Arizona, it would be a huge boost for the secondary. Davis will provide a veteran presence among the linebackers if he can go this week.

LB Thomas Davis (calf) and CB Kendall Fuller (knee) practiced in full. link to story Football Team | Wednesday practice report for WAS (Wed Sep 16, 04:28 PM) - Washington Football Team LB Cole Holcomb (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 16. LB Thomas Davis (calf) and CB Kendall Fuller (knee) fully participated in practice. link to story Football Team | Week 1 Washington Football Team inactives (Sun Sep 13, 11:51 AM) - The Washington Football Team have declared QB Alex Smith, OT David Sharpe, OT Saahdiq Charles, RB Bryce Love, LB Thomas Davis and CB Kendall Fuller inactive for Week 1. Our View: Antonio Gibson has less competition for touches with Love out. Fuller is the best player in the Washington secondary and they will miss him if the pass rush doesn't get home.
link to story Football Team | Washington's injury report for Week 1 (Fri Sep 11, 03:50 PM) - Washington Football Team OT LB Thomas Davis (calf) did not practice for a second straight day Friday, Sept. 11, and has been ruled out for Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles. CB Kendall Fuller (knee) was limited in practice all week and is listed as doubtful. OT Saahdiq Charles (calf) was upgraded to a full practice Friday and is listed as questionable. DT Jonathan Allen (knee) and WR Antonio Gandy-Golden (concussion) practiced in full all week and no longer appear on the injury report. Our View: Davis was going to be the elder leader of the linebacker group, but he'll be out against Phialdelphia. Fuller is the linchpin of the secondary, so Washington will be counting on the pass rush to get home so their players won't have to stick to Eagles receivers too long in coverage.
