Week 11: vs Kansas City Chiefs
FBG says: Neutral matchup. Philip Rivers had the worst game of his season last week as he completed just 54.8 percent of his passes for 207 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions in what should have been a high-quality matchup against a weak Oakland secondary. Rivers has been racking up the yards this season, but he has also thrown 10 interceptions--including three games with multiple interceptions. Rivers has not dealt well with pressure throughout the season as his lack of mobility is starting to show later in his career. Both Chargers starting tackles are at risk of being sidelined this week, which does not bode well at all for Rivers and the upside of his receivers. Keenan Allen bounced back from a slump last week as he hauled in eight receptions for 68 yards--his most receptions since Week 3. He continues to lead the team in targets on most weeks, but Allen is neither stretching the field nor serving as any threat at all in the red zone with zero touchdowns in his past seven games despite seeing seven red-zone looks over that span. Hunter Henry, on the other hand, remains a top option in the red zone as he found the end zone last week despite having a relatively quiet game. The Chiefs secondary was having a relatively nice game against the Titans last week until they fell apart at critical times in the fourth quarter, contributing in a big way to the Titans comeback victory. This group has given up multiple passing touchdowns in three straight games and failed to pick off opposing quarterbacks in four straight games. On the season, however, they are giving up just the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers--driven mainly by how terrible their run defense has been. Cornerback Charvarius Ward is their top guy in coverage and should be matched up on Mike Williams for most of this game. Ward is having a decent season and should make it tough on Williams. As for the rest of this secondary, the Chargers receivers should have minimal issues. Bashaud Breeland has been terrible, while rookie Rashad Fenton has been mediocre while filling in for the injured Kendall Fuller. Fuller may return this week, which would be an upgrade--however, Keenan Allen should still have the edge over Fuller. The Chiefs are one of just two teams to allow an average of seven receptions per game to tight ends, and the position has scored a touchdown against them in two straight weeks--all positive indicators for Hunter Henry coming into this week. The Chiefs pass rush will be a big question here though, as while Chris Jones has looked dominant in his return from injury, the Chiefs just lost their sack leader Emmanuel Ogbah for the rest of the season and have plenty of question marks on the edges of their defensive line now.

Recent Game Summaries
2019 Week 4 vs MIA (2 / 2 / 25 / 0 rec)
With so many offensive players missing this game due to injury, Davis got more work than usual. He caught both of his targets, but the team really spread the wealth around amongst its depth. He went low to snag a crossing route on an early 6-yard reception, then made a longer catch downfield to get close to a first down.
