RB Tyler Clutts - Free Agent
|6-2, 260||Born: 11-9-1984||College: Fresno State||Drafted: ---|
2011 Week 2 vs NO (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 1 / 1 / 10 / 0 rec)
Caught a pass out of the backfield on what looked to be a tight run formation. This happened right after Earl Bennett was knocked out of the game so maybe Martz wanted to settle everyone down on offense.
2011 Week 3 vs GB (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 1 / 0 / 0 / 0 rec)
Clutts was the fullback for the Bears in this game. His only offensive 'contribution' was midway through the third quarter when Cutler had to check down to Clutts, but he dropped the pass.
2011 Week 5 vs DET (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 1 / 1 / 0 / 0 rec)
Caught a pass when Culter was scrambling for his life in the end zone.
2011 Week 6 vs MIN (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 1 / 1 / 6 / 0 rec)
Clutts is primarily used as a blocking back for Chicago, but occasionally he will come down with a reception or two. In the first quarter, he released into the flat, and Cutler hit him for a catch and run for seven yards. Unfortunately Clutts fumbled when he was tackles and it was almost recovered by Minnesota before going out of bounds. Clutts had a similar reception on the next series as well, but it was called back due to an illegal formation.
2011 Week 7 vs TB (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 2 / 2 / 17 / 0 rec)
Clutts had a few catches out of the backfield and did a good job lead blocking for Matt Forte.
2011 Week 9 vs PHI (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 1 / 1 / 4 / 0 rec)
Clutts caught one ball in the flats but had little room to run and isn't the type of player to make a defender miss.
2011 Week 16 vs GB (0 / 0 / 0 rush, 2 / 1 / 2 / 0 rec)
Clutts was the target of the screen pass in the second quarter that Clay Matthews made a great play on for the first interception. He was the lead blocker on several plays in the game, and had one short screen in the 4th quarter for a 2 yard gain, but it was a first down.
