2013 Game Summaries

Week 5 - In the second quarter, Martellus Bennett was fighting for additional yards, and when he tried to jump over the defender. As he jumped, the defender up-ended him and Bennett came down hard on his head and neck. He took several plays off and Rosario came into the game as his backup. His only target was a short pass where Jay Cutler expected him to run an out, and Rosario ran a curl. By the time Rosario realized that the ball was thrown too far outside, he wasn’t able to react quick enough to come up with the pass and it skipped off of his hands.

Week 14 - Rosario had just one catch in the game, but it was a nice on. In the second quarter, the Cowboys were putting on a heavy blitz in an attempt to get to the quarterback. Josh McCown rolled out away from the pressure and dumped it to Rosario in the flat before he was taken down. It effectively became a screen and Rosario took off up field for a big 13 yard gain.
