Outlook

A true sleeper pick on the Titans depth chart. Michael Preston was impressive during the 2013 season and he is only entering his third season in the NFL this year. Preston has decent athleticism and good size. He could compete with Nate Washington for playing time depending on how the new regime views Washington.

2013 Game Summaries

Week 3 - Just like Damian Williams, Michael Preston saw his first target on the Titans' final drive. Preston caught a short pass over the middle on first and 10. Outside of that, he wasn't involved.

Week 15 - Preston might have expected more work with the absence of Justin Hunter, but he didn't see the ball until late in the fourth quarter. He was fortunate to catch his first target as he brought it down between his knees. There was no luck involved with his next target, as Preston caught a deep out route for a touchdown in the end zone. While it seemed like an irrelevant score at the time, Preston's first touchdown actually started a comeback. After the Titans recovered an onside kick, and Kendall Wright brought them down the field, Preston caught his second touchdown by working infield at the goal line.
