2013 Game Summaries
Week 2 - With the breakout potential of fellow TE Rob Housler dominating much of the discussion surrounding this position, Dray gets very little attention for his play but his contribution Sunday was notable. Tied for second on the team with 7 targets in Sunday’s game, Dray caught 5 passes and was a consistent safety net for Palmer. Totally 31 yards on the day, Dray wasn’t necessarily moving the chains with big gains, but he allowed the team to continue moving forward, something that proved vital in such a close game. Housler’s eventual return from injury will cut into Dray’s targets, but like Mendenhall, the consistency Dray provides each and every Sunday will no doubt continue to show up in won-loss record.
