Houston Texans TE Jordan Akins (ankle, concussion) did not practice all week but is listed as questionable for Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers. 'So I'm really looking forward to getting into camp and just getting to work. ... I would say that the quarantine situation has given me literally nothing to do but work out every day. I mean, there's nothing else you can do. You can't go out. You can't go to the movies. You can't go out to eat. So the workout program for me this offseason has been awesome because I've had a full offseason to do my workouts exactly how I need to do them.'

Houston Texans DE J.J. Watt (pectoral) was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Dec. 24.

Footballguys view: The team now has 21 days to get Watt ready to get back to the football field...about two months ahead of a normal recovery schedule for this sort of injury.
