The Chicago Bears waived WR Kris Adams, OG Ricky Henry, OG Levin Horn, FB Robert Hughes, DL Jordan Miller, TE Andre P. Smith, LB Patrick Trahan and SS Anthony Waters Saturday, Sept. 3 to trim their roster to 53 players.

Pat Yasinskas, of ESPN.com, reports the New Orleans Saints have waived WR Adrian Arrington, OG Nathan Bennett, OT Michael Brown, C Digger Bujnoch, RB Herb Donaldson, OG Tim Duckworth, CB Danny Gorrer, WR Skyler Green, DT Earl Heyman, RB P.J. Hill, TE Martrez Milner, OT Jermey Parnell, DT DeMario Pressley, WR Courtney Roby, WR Matt Simon and LB Anthony Waters. The Saints also terminated the contracts of OT Anthony Davis and DE Paul Spicer.
