DT Mike Patterson was the first-team defensive tackle in the nickel formation alongside DT Cullen Jenkins. LB Spencer Paysinger is listed as the first-team weakside linebacker ahead of LB Jacquian Williams. OT Charles Brown is the first-team left tackle ahead of OT James Brewer. OG Weston Richburg flipped between center and guard, as did OG Dallas Reynolds.

Philadelphia Eagles DE Trent Cole will be on the roster next season, and he's guaranteed $5.1 million in 2013. DL Vinny Curry will be back also, but DLs Darryl Tapp, Cullen Jenkins, Mike Patterson and Derek Landri aren't locks to play for Philly next season. As a result, the development of first-rounders DLs Brandon Graham and Fletcher Cox is vital. Graham has four sacks and seven hurries in three games since the team released DE Jason Babin. Cox has 4 1/2 sacks in his last six games after becoming a starter Oct. 28.

There is no timetable for when he can return to the field. He is scheduled to visit with a neurologist in the next few days. It is still unknown if Patterson's condition will require surgery.
