Carolina Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater completed 13-of-23 passes for 176 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions, while replacement QB P.J. Walker ended with three interceptions. RB Rodney Smith led the team with 40 rushing yards and a score, while WR Curtis Samuel finished with seven grabs for a career-best 118 yards. WR D.J. Moore also hit the century mark with 101 receiving yards on 11 targets, while WR Robby Anderson ended up with three catches and 40 yards. SS Tre Boston led the defense with 10 total stops, a sack, a tackle for loss and a quarterback hit.
Footballguys view: Bridgewater hurt his foot in the game, but it's still clear that he's not the long term answer for the Panthers at quarterback. The Panthers pick 7th or 8th and should be in the market for a quarterback. Samuel had a big second half and should have teams lining up to sign him in free agency. |

Footballguys view: Moore was wide open for an easy score earlier in the game but Teddy Bridgewater missed him. He was also reaching for a pass for Bridgewater in the end zone when the injury happened. The Panthers are on by this week so we might not get details on Moore's injury for a while. |

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught seven passes for 127 yards against the Detroit Lions in Week 11. He also had a 21-yard rush during the game.
Footballguys view: Moore was taking advantage of poor coverage by the Lions and a better than expected game from PJ Walker at quarterback. No matter who starts next week, he should be in lineups against the Vikings. |
D.J. Moore player page

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore finished with four receptions for a game-high 96 yards and a touchdown on seven targets in Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Footballguys view: Moore was able to take advantage of busted coverage to be the only Panthers target to have a good game in Week 10. He'll be a dicey start in Week 11 if Teddy Bridgewater is out against the Lions. |
D.J. Moore player page

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore finished with just two catches and 18 yards on three targets in Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Footballguys view: Moore has fallen off the last two weeks with the emergence of Curtis Samuel. He's a what the heck flex against the Bucs next week and if he has another small game, we'll have to consider leaving him on the bench for better matchups coming up until he shows us he can be relevant in fantasy leagues again. |

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught two passes for 55 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8. He was targeted six times.
Footballguys view: Moore was quiet until he caught a 42 yard pass on the Panthers desperation drive. His streak of strong fantasy games is over but he's still a good play against the Chiefs next week. |

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught four passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns against the New Orleans Saints in Week 7. He was targeted five times during the game.
Footballguys view: Moore was left alone deep on one touchdown and the Saints couldn't tackle him on a glorified handoff on the other one. This result was more about the Saints defense lapses than Moore returning to form, but he should still be in lineups on Thursday against the Falcons. |

D.J. Moore player page

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore checked in with four catches and 54 yards on nine targets in Week 1 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Footballguys view: Moore wasn't a frequent target for Teddy Bridgewater in a disappointing game for teams that drafted him. If he doesn't put up a better game against the Bucs next week, he might not be an automatic start in Week 3 against the Chargers. |

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore has been one of the standouts on offense during training camp, according to Jonathan Alexander of the Charlotte Observer. Per Alexander, Moore's route-running has been efficient and the bulk of cornerbacks he has faced 'have struggled to contain him.'
Footballguys view: The Panthers 2020 outlook under new offensive coordinator Joe Brady, is going to feature a dynamic passing game that features three or four receivers in it's base offense. Moore was targeted 135 times last season and emerged as one of the league's best up and coming young talents. |

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore needs to be more imposing this season, according to new head coach Matt Rhule. 'DJ has to take another step this year and be that physical, dominant, go-to receiver that on third-and-5 you're going to,' Rhule said.
Footballguys view: Moore has more company in the passing game with the arrival of Robby Anderson, but the offense could be more efficient to make up for any loss in targets. Teddy Bridgewater will likely feed Moore this year with the emphasis on getting the ball out quickly. |

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore caught 92.6 percent of his 94 catchable targets in 2019, according to Sports Info Solutions.
Footballguys view: Moore is one of the best young receivers in the league, largely due to his hands and consistency. Fantasy GMs are looking at him as a WR2 with upside in 2020. Moore has a current ADP of WR17 (4.06) in 12-team PPR leagues. |
D.J. Moore player page

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore forced 30 missed tackles on receptions over the last two seasons - the most by any receiver and the second-highest mark by a receiver or tight end over that stretch - according to Pro Football Focus.
Footballguys view: Moore is a fine playmaker and we're excited to see how he meshes his game with new starting QB Teddy Bridgewater. He is a low-end WR2 with upside for Fantasy GMs in 2020. Moore has a current ADP of WR20 (4.07) in 12-team PPR leagues. |
D.J. Moore player page

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore averaged 110.5 receiving yards in four November games last season. He averaged no more than 67.5 receiving yards in any other month (December).
Footballguys view: The Panthers should make an emphasis to keep getting Moore the ball. New starting quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is smart and accurate, so he'll know how and when is best to get Moore the rock. |
D.J. Moore player page

Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore finished his sophomore season with 87 catches on 135 targets for 1,175 yards after logging 55 receptions on 82 targets for 788 yards as a rookie.
Footballguys view: Moore became a playmaker in a big way for the Panthers in 2019. With Cam Newton likely moving on this offseason, it will be interesting to see who replaces him. No matter the quarterback, he had better build strong chemistry with Moore. |

Footballguys view: The Panthers are likely to be without Moore in the season finale. He's been a fantastic receiver for them this year, catching 87 passes for 1,175 yards and four touchdowns (with four 100-yard games). The Panthers can turn to Curtis Samuel and Jarius Wright versus the Saints if/when Moore's officially ruled out. |

Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers WR D.J. Moore (concussion) suffered a concussion during the Week 16 game and will not return.
