RB Justice Hill (thigh) practiced in full all week and has been removed from the injury report. LB Pernell McPhee (non-injury) did not practice Friday while DT Brandon Williams (non-injury) was not given a practice designation, but both are expected to play.

Footballguys view: Stanley is the cornerstone of the offensive line, but with Chase Young out, the Ravens might be able to get by without him.

  Ravens | Baltimore's Week 2 injury report    Fri Sep 18, 04:04 PM

Baltimore Ravens DT Justin Madubuike (knee) and WR Chris Moore (finger) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 2 against the Houston Texans. CB Jimmy Smith (hip) was limited in practice for a second straight day Friday, Sept. 18, and is listed as questionable. OT Ronnie Stanley (hip) and RB Justice Hill (thigh) were upgraded to a full practice Friday but are also listed as questionable. DE Calais Campbell (non-injury) and DT Brandon Williams (non-injury) were not given practice designations Friday while LB Pernell McPhee (non-injury) did not practice, but all three are expected to play.

Footballguys view: Stanley is a cornerstone of the line so the Ravens will be hoping to have him against JJ Watt and the Texans this week. He left last week's game with an ankle injury (even though he's listed with a hip this week) and DJ Fluker replaced him.

The Baltimore Ravens have declared WR Chris Moore, OG Ben Bredeson, QB Trace McSorley, RB Justice Hill, DT Justin Madubuike and S Geno Stone inactive for Week 1.

Footballguys view: Hill is a little banged up, so the Ravens only have three backs today. Mark Ingram should get the most work followed by rookie JK Dobbins.

Ravens | Two Ravens RBs working out together    Wed Jun 17, 03:41 PM

Baltimore Ravens RB Gus Edwards said he has been working out with RB Justice Hill multiple times a week this offseason. They have been participating in drills during the workouts.

Footballguys view: There was a ton of buzz around Hill last year as a rookie but he didn't get a chance to do much for the Ravens in 2019. This year, the team went out and added a potential star running back in J.K. Dobbins (Ohio State) in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft. That pushes Hill further down the depth chart as he's no.3 or no.4 at the position behind Dobbins and Mark Ingram. We still love Hill in dynasty formats.

Ravens | Justice Hill to still have a role    Thu May 28, 06:25 PM

Baltimore Ravens RB Justice Hill is expected to take a big jump in his second year in the NFL, according to head coach John Harbaugh Thursday, May 28. 'Is that really a problem to have four guys breaking off big runs and making guys miss? There's roles there for those guys,' Harbaugh said.

Footballguys view: Harbaugh says that he envisions a role for all four running backs on the roster. That could be a large headache for Fantasy GMs on a weekly basis. At the end of the day, Hill is going to be the no.4 back and have the smallest role in 2020.

Ravens | Baltimore loaded at RB    Thu Apr 30, 01:28 PM

Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta said the team's top-four running backs can all do different things, which will allow the team to utilize each of their strengths and the backs 'should be fresh for four quarters.' The Ravens have Mark Ingram, Justice Hill, Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins all in the mix, which DeCosta feels makes the team well-rounded and hard to defend against. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman will be tasked with getting the most out of each of them, while using them to their strengths.

Footballguys view: The Ravens are going to be able to run the ball no matter who is in the mix. Fantasy GMs are going to have to wait and see if anyone emerges as the top option or if it becomes a RBBC featuring two or three backs.

RB Gus Edwards rumbled for a team-high 130 yards on 21 carries, while RB Justice Hill ran 10 times for 39 yards and a score. TE Hayden Hurst was the best of the lot in the receiving game, posting two grabs for a team-high 35 yards, while WR Willie Snead had three catches for 22 yards and WR Marquise Brown had two receptions for 15 yards.

Ravens | Justice Hill finds the end zone    Thu Aug 15, 10:46 PM

Baltimore Ravens RB Justice Hill rushed 10 times for 49 yards and a touchdown in a 26-13 preseason win over the Green Bay Packers Thursday, Aug. 15.

Footballguys view: Hill is still running behind Kenneth Dixon, but his burst is undeniable and unmatched in this backfield. He should have a role to open the season and it could grow if he can break some long plays.
