New York Giants TE Evan Engram has received trade interest from other teams, but the Giants don't appear willing to deal him unless they're blown away with an offer.

Footballguys view: Engram can be a quality starter when healthy. It might be time for him to get a fresh start and that's why teams are sniffing around the former first-round pick. The Giants insist that Engram is part of their plans but they'd move him if they got an offer they can't refuse.

New York Giants TE Evan Engram caught six passes for 46 yards in Week 7 against the Philadelphia Eagles. He also carried the ball twice for three yards.

Footballguys view: Engram still isn't being used as a downfield receiver often enough and he dropped a pass that could have iced the game. It's not outlandish to see him as a trade deadline target with his poor performance and speaking out about his usage recently.

He's on the borderline of startable fantasy tight ends even though he was often drafted in the top 5-6. Next week he'll face the Rams defense that gave up three scores to tight ends today.

New York Giants TE Evan Engram is not viewed by the team as a 'one-dimensional player,' offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said Thursday, Sept. 17, adding that they're going to continue to use Engram in all facets of the game.

Footballguys view: Engram has TE1 upside for Fantasy GMs so long as he stays healthy. On the road against the Bears this week, the Giants offense should look better than it did against the Steelers in Week 1. That makes Engram a low-end TE1 option in Week 2.

Giants | Evan Engram likes new offense    Sat Aug 15, 02:47 PM

New York Giants TE Evan Engram said recently he's impressed with the team's new offensive coaches and system. 'It's a good offense in my eyes,' Engram said. 'All the details we have to know and things like that is going to help us when we get them all down. I'm really excited about the opportunity to work with coach (Jason) Garrett and coach (Freddie) Kitchens and all the other coaches on the offensive side. We're putting in a lot of hard work right now and just have to continue to do that. Keep working for the good things to happen.'

Footballguys view: Engram can be a fantasy factor in 2020 if he can stay healthy. He's one of the most athletic move tight ends in the NFL but has struggled with injuries during his pro career. Engram has a current ADP of TE7 (7.04) in 12-team PPR leagues.

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (foot) was shown running and cutting hard in a video posted to social media Monday, June 29.

Footballguys view: Engram only made it through eight games last year due to injury. His games played, yardage, receptions, yards-per-catch, and touchdowns were all career lows in 2019. The Giants picked up his fifth-year option for the 2021 season, so the team expects him to bounce back. He's got TE1 upside for Fantasy GMs as a favorite target of second-year QB Daniel Jones.

Giants | Evan Engram still in boot    Thu Feb 27, 05:39 PM

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (foot) is still wearing a walking boot following surgery in late December. He's expected to be sidelined until training camp.

Footballguys view: Kaden Smith will have a full offseason to be the #1 tight end in a good development for him. The Giants have to make a fifth-year option decision on Engram in May, and while his production justifies it, his injury history makes it a risk that his 2021 salary will be guaranteed due to him being sidelined at the end of the season again.
