Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel (concussion) has officially been ruled out for the season finale in Week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to head coach Mike Pettine. Manziel is in the league's concussion protocol. QB Austin Davis will start with QB Pat Devlin as the backup.
| Footballguys view: We're not sure we buy this magic concussion and wonder if the team is balking throwing him out there after that video earlier this week. Austin Davis is getting the start and will be a QB3. Manziel's future with the team is shaky at this point. |

If anything, this might spell doom for Lewis, though who knows what they're thinking in Cleveland these days. Really there's no quarterback here you can rely on in fantasy, though Manziel has intriguing upside. He isn't starting though, so overall, avoid this group. |

Miami Dolphins QB Pat Devlin appears to have a slight edge over QB Brock Jensen for the No. 3 quarterback job entering training camp because of his experience. Neither player stood out during offseason workouts.
| Footballguys view: Jensen was a gritty winner at North Dakota State, and the rookie plays with a ton of heart. He led the North Dakota State Bison to three consecutive national championships (2011-2013) in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. Devlin was a standout during his time in college at Delaware, but he hasn't looked very good during the preseason with the Dolphins over the last few years. |
