The Redskins receive a fourth-round pick (109th), two fifth-rounders (142nd, 163rd) and a conditional sixth-round pick in 2020.
Footballguys view: Cravens contemplated retirement last year for a brief period, and his time with Washington was closing anyway as both sides seemed ready to move on. A second-round pick in 2016, Cravens missed the 2017 season entirely and Washington is lucky to get this for him. |

Washington Redskins S Su'a Cravens was acquired by the Denver Broncos Wednesday, March 28. The Broncos will swap fourth- and fifth-round picks with the Redskins, and the Broncos will send another fifth rounder in the deal.
Footballguys view: Cravens sat out all of last year due to concussion problems and knee surgery. He considered retirement for a brief time last fall, but apparently he wants to continue playing. He'll get his chance in the Mile High City where he joins a strong defense, likely as a sub-package player who can play strong safety or linebacker for the Broncos. |

The Washington Redskins are open to trading S Su'a Cravens this offseason but are believed to be looking for a third-round draft choice in return, according to a source.
Footballguys view: The Broncos were rumored to be the most interested here. A third-round pick for a player who didn't play last year due to concussions might be a bit much. Cravens has talent and was Washington's second-round pick in 2016 out of USC. |
