Did you know that during the offseason we updated our Help Desk to make it quicker and easier for you to get a resolution to your frequently asked questions? We’ve added several features during the offseason to improve your Help Desk experience.
The first thing you might notice is the new icon in the lower-left of all footballguys.com pages. Click this icon and type in your question or query. You’ll see one or more answers to your query. Pick one that best suits your need.
If the Help feature doesn’t solve your issue, the fastest way to get an answer to your question or issue is to first search through the articles in our Help Center. During the season, our Help Desk team receives hundreds of requests a day so it might take up to 24 hours to receive a response. In order to better and more quickly serve our users, we've worked hard to create Help Articles with Guides and How-to advice for our various tools, as well as answers to commonly asked questions.
If you're not sure where to start, try exploring the different categories or entering some keywords into the Search Bar. The answer to your question or issue is most likely there.
If you're not able to find an answer within the Help Center, we are still more than happy to help.
We’ve also created a new issue-entry form that will ask you for the details of your issue prior to submitting your request. This will aid our Help Desk team by enabling them to review your issue without having to ask you further questions. You can open a ticket at Contact Support and fill out the form to open a support ticket, and we'll be with you as soon as possible. Make sure to include your Footballguys username and as much detail as possible.
