The decline of the running back - Through 14 weeks there has been 72 fewer rushing touchdowns by running backs in 2015 than the same amount of games in 2005.
The rise of the wide receiver - Conversely, the difference in receiving touchdowns for wide receivers through 14 weeks is 86 more in 2015 than through 14 weeks in 2005.
It's definitely a passing league - Passing touchdowns are up 165 in 2015 vs. 2005. That year, Carson Palmer led the league with 32 touchdown passes at age 26.
End of an era? - Peyton Manning leads the league with 17 intereceptions, despite not playing in the last four games.
Playing by the rules - Tom Brady has not had more than two penalties in a season for each of the last four years.
Believe it or not - Javorius Allen leads all running backs in PPR fantasy points over the last four weeks.
Making his move - Julius Thomas has the 2nd most PPR fantasy points among tight ends in the last four weeks
Sack attack - Leaders in sacks last 4 weeks are OAK (15) CHI (14) CAR (14) KC, JAC (13)
Finishing Strong - Cam Newton had 9 touchdown passes in September and October and 19 touchdown passes in November and half of December.
Clutch performer - Cam Newton has a 117.0 quarterback rating when trailing this year. His rating jumps to 152.8 when trailing with four minutes or less in the game.
Finishing Strong II - Russell Wilson had 8 touchdown passes in September and October and 18 touchdown passes in November and half of December.
Beware of the Shotgun - 24 of Blake Bortles 30 touchdown passes have come in a shotgun formation.
At home vs. the NFC is where Kirk Cousins is best - Kirk Cousins is 6-4 vs. the NFC and 0-3 vs. the AFC. He is 5-2 with a 111.5 QB rating at home and 1-5 with a 74.6 rating on the road. This week Washington hosts the Bills.
Day games please - Matthew Stafford has only won in early 1pm day games this year. He is 0-2 in the late afternoon and 0-3 in evening games. This week the Lions play at New Orleans on Sunday Night. To make matters worse, Stafford is 1-5 on the road.
Better at home - Drew Brees has 17 touchdown passes in six home games and only 8 in six road games.
More on Brees - 21 of his 25 touchdown passes have come on first or second down. He has only 2 third down touchdown passes this year. Brees has not thrown a touchdown pass when trailing in the last four minutes of the game all season.
Much Better at Home - Ben Roethlisberger has only two touchdown passes on the road this year, in four games. In five games at home, he has 13 touchdown passes. This week the Steelers host the Broncos.
More on Ben - 8 of his 10 interceptions have come on the own side of the 50 yard line. 14 of his 15 touchdown passes have come out of the shotgun formation.
Not so clutch - Derek Carr has thrown 20 of his 28 touchdown passes in the second or third quarter. He has a passer rating of 62.7 in the fourth quarter. He has an impressive 10 touchdown passes outside of the red zone.
Red Zone is not so good - Adrian Peterson averages 2.0 yards per carry on 35 red zone carries. It drops even lower inside the 10 where he has 15 yards on 22 carries or 0.7 YPC.
