Julio Jones | Right AC sprain | Week 12 | Awaiting Information | Questionable Week 13
Jones landed hard on the top of his right shoulder late in the first half. He was able to return after halftime but was not available in the locker room while getting treatment after the game. Shoulder injuries are difficult for wide receivers. Limited range of motion affects catch radius and there's a high risk of aggravation when tackled.
Jones faces a quick turnaround as the Falcons play Thursday night against division rival New Orleans. Jones will likely have an MRI on Monday to help define his recovery timetable. At best, Jones is likely to see few -- if any -- practice reps this week. Expect him to be listed questionable and his status to be in doubt until Thursday.
