NOTE: This column is a living document and will be updated throughout the morning. Major changes to the content will be in red. Check back often for additions as gameday inactives are announced and lineup / depth chart changes are reported. I'll also be immediately retweeting any breaking news with quick bits of analysis, so make sure you're following me at (@JeneBramel) and checking my timeline on Twitter on Sunday mornings.
Allen Hurns, Andre Ellington, Karlos Williams, Ryan Mathews, and Rishard Matthews have already been ruled out today. Likely to join them on the inactive list are Tyler Eifert (neck) and Willie Snead (calf). Neither practiced this week and not expected to play. I'll address Eifert's "pinched nerve" and return to play estimate in tomorrow's injury rounds article.
devonta freeman | concussion | probable | early sunday start
ben roethlisberger | concussion | probable | sunday night
Freeman and Roethlisberger will both play today. Both have fully practiced this week and have been cleared for contact. Both are expected to see a full workload today, with Freeman at slight risk of losing a small number of touches to Tevin Coleman. Their risk of another concussion can be considered low enough not to worry about re-injury today.
Fantasy expectation: Use Freeman and Roethlisberger as you normally would today.
danny amendola | knee | questionable | late sunday start
The New England coaching staff lists nearly every injured Patriot questionable. Some are more probable, others are more doubtful. This week, Amendola was allowed to discuss his injury with reporters and was able to consecutively practice all week. Amendola said his injury was a bruise and strongly hinted he wouldn't be limited this week. There a small risk of a surprise inactive before the late afternoon game, but there's no indication Amendola will miss the game. Bruises around the knee joint can be difficult to play through, but Amendola's extra week of treatment and rehab and full week of conditioning bodes well for his health today.
Fantasy expectation: Use Amendola as you normally would.
michael floyd | hamstring | QUESTIONABLE | early sunday start
Floyd remained limited in practice this week and was again listed questionable for this week's game. There are no reports of a recent setback and Floyd is expected to play. Floyd played over 50 snaps last week, but only managed two targets. I think Floyd is likely to see more targets this week, but his ceiling remains in the 4-6 target range if the rest of Arizona's wide receivers remain healthy.
Fantasy expectation: Floyd's hamstring injury may no longer be very limiting, but his snap count and number of routes are still unknown. His low floor makes him a boom-bust WR3 today.
austin seferian-jenkins | shoulder | questionable | early sun start
Seferian-Jenkins was finally cleared for contact on Friday. With weeks of limited practices behind him, Seferian-Jenkins should be in good enough cardiovascular condition to see extensive snaps. But that's not guaranteed with Cameron Brate playing well and no specifics on the shoulder injury as yet.
Fantasy expectation: I think Seferian-Jenkins is healthy enough to be active and play but I'm not confident the Buccaneers will game plan with a full workload in mind. Wait and observe a week before using Seferian-Jenkins unless you've no other top 12-15 options at tight end.
-----
There is a strikingly long list of players listed probable for this weekend's game. None carry a high injury concern, but you should ensure there are no surprise pregame news reports or unexpected inactives before locking in your lineups today.
That list includes Philip Rivers, Tyrod Taylor, Brock Osweiler, Mark Ingram, Charcandrick West, Spencer Ware, DeAndre Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald, John Brown, Brandon Marshall, Eric Decker, Martavis Bryant, Jarvis Landry, Emmanuel Sanders, Vincent Jackson, Anquan Boldin, Travis Kelce, Martellus Bennett, Zach Ertz, Ladarius Green, and a few other lesser skill position talents. All will see their usual workloads today, with the only unclear situation being the division of labor between West (who fully practiced after missing last week with a hamstring injury) and Ware (who fully practiced after a minor hamstring strain during last week's game).

heath miller | rib | questionable | sunday night
zach miller | ribs | questionable | early sunday start
Heath Miller is likely on the doubtful side of questionable after managing only a limited Friday practice but there's very little information available in the local media. Miller couldn't play through the injury last week after coming out of the locker room, likely for a pain-killing injection and extra padding. Zach MIller was able to return to limited practices on Thursday and Friday but remains questionable.
Fantasy expectation: Without a very strong hedge, Heath Miller should be left on your bench unless there are very positive early morning reports about his Sunday night availability. Zach Miller's status will be known before the early games, but his upside is limited by the injury and the expected return of Martellus Bennett.
Best of luck in your fantasy contests this weekend. I'll be back on Monday morning to review all the Week 12 injuries in the Injury Rounds column. Follow on Twitter @JeneBramel for breaking news and analysis during the games today.
