Quick fantasy outlook: After a sophomore slump, Mike Williams returned to his big-play ways in 2012. Vincent Jackson was signed, making Williams the secondary receiver. Williams flourished in that role and had a career-low drop rate. He is a physical receiver capable of making contested catches. Williams has been one of the more targeted receivers in the red zone the past three seasons. Without a solid third receiver or tight end in Tampa Bay, Williams will be one of the most productive secondary options in the NFL at receiver.
