Summary

Vernon has strung three above average seasons together in a row, proving his 2013 campaign was no fluke. His move to the Giants shouldn't affect his value much. That said, it's a reasonable expectation that he will still be one of the top 10 defensive ends against the run and post 6-8 sacks, making him a solid DL2+. (May 22)

Latest News

Giants | JPP can still be productive (Wed Jul 27, 01:50 AM) - New York Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul might not reach the 12.5 sack level he posted in 2014 after back surgery and before his fireworks accident, but beat writer Ralph Vacchiano still believes Pierre-Paul will have a big impact on the team's defense and pass rush, especially with DE Olivier Vernon working on the other side.

Our View: It's not out of the question to think Pierre-Paul may be able to post double-digit sacks this year. He's had plenty of time to get used to playing with his hand, and now he'll primarily play on the left side (after spending most of his career rushing from the right).
