Quick fantasy outlook: Underwood was the third receiver in Tampa Bay last year and will have competition to keep that role in 2013. Kevin Ogletree has more athleticism and flashed at times in Dallas. Steve Smith has not maintained much health since his 107-catch career year all the way back in 2009. Underwood has struggled with drops the past three seasons and, even earning time over Smith and Ogletree, has the least upside of the trio.
