Quick fantasy outlook: Stephens-Howling was a nice addition by the Steelers earlier this offseason. He can play as a change of pace back and can be a spot starter (and workhorse back) if need be. He runs with a low center of gravity and is tough between the tackles even though he's not the biggest guy. Stephens-Howling had two 100-yard games last year for the Cardinals while spot starting. With the injury to Le'Veon Bell we could see an increased role for Stephens-Howling in the team's RBBC with guys like Jonathan Dwyer and Isaac Redman.
