Week 13: vs Indianapolis Colts

All TE vs IND

Mark and Joe say: Good matchup. Ryan Fitzpatrick saved his starting job for another week with 22/32 for 269 yards passing, two TDs and zero interceptions thrown, with one sack taken for zero yards vs. New England last weekend. With Fitzpatrick back under center, Quincy Enunwa (five targets for 5/109/1 receiving) and Brandon Marshall (nine for 6/67/1) returned to the top of the list of Jets' receivers during Week 12. Now we'll see if Fitzpatrick can string together two decent outings in a row... something that has been elusive for him this season (191/331 for 2,251 yards passing, 10 TDs and 13 interceptions thrown this season (29th fantasy signal caller in the land through 11 games played). The Colts' pass defense allowed 14/21 for 221 yards passing, three TDs and zero interceptions to Ben Roethlisberger last weekend en route to a 7-28 loss. Marcus Mariota threw 25/38 for 254 net yards passing, two TDs and zero interceptions at Indianapolis two games ago - from Week Nine to Week 12 of the 2016 season (over the last four weeks, but includes 14 teams on bye during that time span - each team has at least three games played in the last four weeks), Indianapolis has averaged 26.2 fantasy points allowed per game to opposing quarterbacks (third-most in the NFL); and 35.4 fantasy points per game allowed to wide receivers (most in the league); with 6.2 fantasy points given up per game to tight ends (sixth-least). This unit is among the league's worst this season, averaging 278.7 net passing yards allowed per game (30th in the NFL) with 22 passing scores handed out vs. just three interceptions (tied for last in the NFL) and 22 sacks (tied for 20th) generated. It's still Ryan Fitzpatrick, but this is a good matchup for the Jets.
