McClain is traveling back to Oxnard after being in an Alabama court Friday, July 25. link to story Cowboys | Rolando McClain sentenced to 18 days in jail (Fri Jul 25, 01:26 PM) - Updating a previous report, Dallas Cowboys LB Rolando McClain was sentenced to 18 days in jail after being convicted of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. McClain has appealed the sentence an is flying back to the team's training camp. Our View: McClain may see some punishment from the NFL as well, now that the case is settled, although an appeal would likely delay that. He's basically on the roster bubble already so this doesn't help his case for staying, despite being traded for earlier in July.
