Quick fantasy outlook: Former Dolphin third rounder Kendall Langford was one of the Rams top additions in the 2012 free agency phase ($24 million for four years, with $12 million guaranteed). The Rams had one of the worst run defenses in the league in 2011, the Dolphins one of the best, and Langford was one of the defense's best run stuffers. A 3-4 defensive end in Miami, he plays inside as a 4-3 defensive tackle in St. Louis. With 18 solo tackles and two sacks in his first season with the Rams last season, ultimately his presence is felt indirectly in IDP leagues by collapsing the pocket and enabling those around him (including Long, Quinn and Laurinaitis) to make more plays.
