Texans | Kevin Johnson expected to miss 4-6 weeks (Fri Sep 15, 03:59 PM) - Houston Texans CB Kevin Johnson (knee) is expected to miss four to six weeks because of the sprained medial collateral ligament he suffered in Week 2, according to a source.

Our View: The Texans will have one less quality corner heading into a matchup with the Patriots in Week 3. The Titans, Chiefs, and Browns are up in the following weeks. Marcus Burley will be on the field a lot for this defense while Johnson is out.

Texans | Kevin Johnson avoids serious injury (Fri Sep 15, 01:38 AM) - Updating a previous report, Houston Texans CB Kevin Johnson (knee) had initial tests on his knee Thursday, Sept. 14, that showed no tears or structural damage.

Our View: If Johnson and Joseph can be ready for the game with the Patriots next week, the Texans will have a fighting chance of hanging around for a bit. If not, the Patriots will have a field day against the Texans depleted secondary.
