Quick fantasy outlook: Justin Houston established himself as a legitimate pass-rushing threat opposite Tamba Hali in 2012. While Houston may not quite be to the level of Hali getting to the quarterback, he may be developing into a better overall player than Hali has ever been. Houston showed a major improvement in coverage last season and his 53 solo tackles are more than Hali has ever posted. Houston is a complete football player heading into his third season in the league. With Derrick Johnson and Hali also in the linebacking corps, defenses won't be able to focus too much attention on Houston.
